"Il Poggio di Bellagio" is in a very peaceful and panoramic position within walking distance from the centre, surrounded by a park with garden and olive trees. What makes it unique is its elevated location, overlooking the promontory of Bellagio, that gives a superb view of lake Como. The villa, the swimming pool, the solarium face this incomparable scenery.
There are 4 suites with 5 sleeping rooms and 4 rooms/living areas with comfortable sofa beds that can be used as bedrooms since they’re not passage rooms to enter the large bathrooms, all with showers. In each suites a kitchenette is provided in case of need. There is a common living area with larger kitchen. It’s also possible to rent the 4 suites as single apartments.
They are all fitted with kitchenette with microwave, bathroom with shower, air conditioning and heating,satellite TV, internet access, safe, electronic safety key, launderette, private parking.
2 supermarkets and a sporting centre a few minutes walking.

LA SPIAGGIA

"La Spiaggia" is composed by 3 apartments facing the lake and is surrounded by a wide garden.
The apartments are all comfortaly fitted with: kitchen, microwave, washing machine (in the larger apts), safe, TV sat, launderette, private parking.
A small private beach, opposite the house, is reachable just crossing the road.
